REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS — IMMEDIATE ACCESS
Our products are digital goods (online courses, downloadable workbooks, and related materials) that are made available to you immediately upon successful payment.
By completing your purchase and checking the "I agree to the terms" box at checkout, you expressly:
1. Consent to receiving immediate access to the digital product, and
2. Acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)) for digital content supplied with your prior express consent.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not provide refunds or credits for digital products once access has been granted, except in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure on our end that prevents you from accessing the product, where we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, or
- Where required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at support@sheinherited.com and we will work with you to resolve it promptly.
Higher-priced coaching engagements (such as 1:1 coaching, mastermind programs, or consulting services) may have separate refund terms set out in their individual program agreements.
