Meet Sarah Baader
Co-founder of SheInherited, LLC, has been the driving force behind the scenes alongside Kelly for over three years. As a fellow ADHDer and Third Culture Kid (TCK) with a zest for books and adventure, Sarah brings a unique perspective to the team. Currently pursuing a degree in psychology and linguistics, she aims to further her studies in law, driven by a commitment to understanding and advocacy.

Sarah's quest for effective time management strategies supports her active lifestyle, whether she’s hitting the slopes or exploring new trails with her Labrador, Xaira. Her hands-on experience and academic pursuits enrich her contributions to SheInherited, ensuring that our strategies are grounded in real-world applicability and psychological insight.

Meet Xaira Baader
Chief Encourager of SheInherited, LLC. This five-year-old black Labrador knows a thing or two about bouncing back after setbacks. After parting ways with the Blind Dog School, Xaira has embraced life to the fullest, spreading unconditional love to those around her and joyfully chasing deer or rolling in the Swiss Alps. Her spirited approach brings a unique perspective on following God’s divine rhythms in life, reminding us all of the joy and resilience found in God's creation.
